We all have that craving we can't kick sometimes... That feeling of "I am going to die if I don't get my hands on something sweet sugary and delicious".... Okay maybe you're not that bad but I am a little dramatic especially when I am hungry.... Anyone who has spent their fare share of time with me knows that all of the above is true!
But if you eat candy isn't that bad! I'm sure that is what some of you are thinking... But the answer is Nope Eating too much candy is bad There are lots of ways to get that yummy craving under control and here are some suggestions: Get natural sugars- dates, figs, dried papaya, dried mango, any dried fruit Frozen fruits Popsicles Flavored teas And if you can't substitute and need the real fake stuff try: Suckers- they take longer to eat and you arnt just shoveling in the sugars Jaw breakers Dark chocolates Protein ice creams Make your own single serving of baked goods Another important things is stay hydrated so you don't keep eating your sweets And don't eat sweets while watching TV or late at night after a day of full meals.
