Grab a quick pen and paper write 4 things that make your life better everyday. Keep what you wrote and place it somewhere where you can see it everyday and when you do it will help you remember that even on bad days you have some thing to be thankful for.

Wall-e, I am thankful for my bestfriend and a fluffy cuddle ball to cuddle with cry with and play with.
