There are often many assumptions about food, one is that if it is healthy then it must not taste good! So wrong! Tonight we had a nice dinner with the roommates! baked chicken with spices and a little olive oil, zucchini, and mashed potatoes proper portions and sauces make all the difference!

The recipe is simple, you just take a whole chicken, rub it down with olive oil, choose spices you like and then bake for an hour at 400 =]
