What are they and what am I doing:
From personal experience I know sometimes I don’t do something because I don’t know what it is and I’m afraid to ask...
So I thought what I could do is explain what the virtual workouts are and what you can get out of them
Live workout over google hangout
What you do:
Log in with a google account, say hi (if you want) turn your camera and optionally audio off. Then click my video so it shows up as the main image and stays there (if you don’t click it the loudest person shows up... and the screen will be black because their video is off) then you participate in the exercises of your choice.
What I do:
I take you through my daily workout instructing and half chatting as we work through each exercise together... and I do my best to preform them properly and semi coordinated.
