Find your flaw and flaunt it!

Here is a secret and it you know me well you probably know it's not that hidden of one, I used to hate my legs! As a matter of fact it is kinda hit an miss on how I feel about them. But most of the time I realize I'm the only one who even thinks about them so why not feel good, feel good about myself decide hey these legs are strong! Or hey I can run fast because of these money makers!

What ever your flaw is my chalange to you is to think one positive thing that your flaw adds to you and think that thought after every negative thought that goes through your head about your flaw. It may feel fake or forced or even funny at first. But try it! And trust me it is interesting what happens. Now I'm not saying there arnt days were this is hard but, I'm up for the challenge and I think you can be too!

So for the sake of the hating on my legs I have done here, I'll wrap it up with this though... Oh these legs, big and strong make it so I can do what I love everyday! And they're pretty nice to look at too!

I have always had leg issues too! I think I have big thighs! But I have always been able to do a lot weight on leg presses!! I love to run also!
